Welcome to the Iowa Support System for Districts in Need of Assistance.

This site provides for you the latest tools for serving districts in need of assistance.

In 2010-2011, there are eleven districts identified as Districts in Need of Assistance - Corrective Action.  They are:
  • Cedar Rapids Community School District (AEA 10)
  • Clinton Community School District (AEA 9)
  • Council Bluffs Community School District (AEA 13)
  • Davenport Community School District (AEA 9)
  • Des Moines Community School District (AEA 11)
  • Fort Dodge Community School District  (AEA 8)
  • Iowa City Community School District (AEA 10)
  • Marshalltown Community School District (AEA 267)
  • Ottumwa Community School District (Great Prairie AEA)
  • Sioux City Community School District (Northwest AEA)
  • Waterloo Community School District (AEA 267)

The following individuals led audit reviews in these districts in their first year of being identified at the Corrective Action level.  You would be welcome to contact any of them for additional information in the process. 

All plans for districts identified in 2010-2011 are due November 1, 2010 to Paul Cahill and  Deb Squires
